Contact
Bug reports, corrections and questions are all welcome.
MyIPKit has no contact form, on purpose: a form would mean collecting and storing your message and your address on a server. Email reaches us directly and keeps the data in your own mail provider rather than ours.
Reporting something wrong
If a result looks incorrect, the most useful message includes:
- Which tool you were using, and the exact value you entered.
- What MyIPKit showed, and what you expected instead.
- The request identifier, if an error was displayed — it appears under the error message.
- Your browser and operating system.
Please do not send us a full Network Report unless it is genuinely needed. If you do, use the masking option first.
Requesting a correction
MyIPKit does not own the underlying data. If registration details or a network name are wrong, the correction has to come from the registry or the network operator that published it — we simply display what they return. If our explanation of something is wrong or misleading, that we can and will fix.
Translations
This site is available in several languages. If a translation reads badly, is technically wrong, or uses the wrong term for something, please tell us which language and which page. Technical translation is easy to get subtly wrong and corrections are genuinely useful.
Security reports
If you have found a security issue, please email us before disclosing it publicly and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it. Include enough detail to reproduce the problem. Please do not run automated scans or load tests against the service.
Privacy requests
See the privacy policy. MyIPKit does not store IP addresses, queries or reports, so there is usually nothing held about you — but if you think otherwise, write to us and we will look into it.
